I am a promoter of the cycling break for a long round – the long round is SO cussing challenging. I know from my first round that losses slow down during weeks 4-6 and mentally that is difficult. The break did amazing things for my mind set
And hell-to-the-yeah on my losses!
I lost a total of 7.8 pounds this week. And 1/2 inch each from: upper chest, bust, midriff, right thigh, left thigh. 1.5 inches from my waist – for a grand total of 4 inches lost this week.
There are several milestones that I reached this week that are worth noting: 1) I’m in the 150′s, which I was dreaming of! 2) I hit the 50 pound mark of weight lost this week 3) My waist measurement is no longer in the 30′s 4) I can now wear my size 10 jeans
