Before I get down to the nitty-gritty details – note how FABULOUS the picture of my lunch looks. I ♥ the camera my brother got me for Christmas. And now we all get to reap the benefit of it!
Just a general note – I am totally skipping the grissini this round. It’s not like it provides much of anything anyway. I’m also going to try to stick to 1/2 apple twice a day, with the option of eating my second apple if I’m famished.
My hunger levels on day 1 were fine, nothing to panic over. I drank 4 liters of water and A-LOT of green tea with stevia. I had 1/2 apple around 9:30 in the morning, and ate my lunch of grilled chicken and tomatoes around 11:30. Snack was the other 1/2 of my apple. For dinner I baked my tilapia in the oven while I cooked cabbage in chicken broth. I threw in some chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder in the chicken broth. To serve it I actually just put my tilapia in a bowl and topped with the soupy cabbage – it was yummy.
