Day 2 with no injection – and I’m very hungry.  This is a good sign that the HCG is leaving my body, but it’s not fun at all.  I did load up on veggies in an attempt to NOT be as hungry.

My meals:  1 whole apple in the morning.  Boiled shrimp and asparagus for lunch.  No mid-afternoon snack.  For dinner I made tomato soup with 4 cups NSA chicken broth, 1 can organic diced tomatoes, 1 can organic tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin.  I added 100 grams of tilapia.  The soup was yummy – it’s the first time I’ve used tomato paste on P2 and it gave the soup a richness and thickness that was wonderful!  My son even had some for dinner, so it passed his taste test.

Have a wonderful day my friends!
