Happy day my little lambs! It’s Friday and my day will be spent on Canyon Lake, boating, jetskiing, and just generally focusing on FUN! That’s my kind of day! The only thing is….I *still* have not bought a new swimsuit. The one I have is about 6 years old and is too big. I went and looked yesterday and just was not happy with what I saw (admittedly I am extremely picky when it comes to swimsuits, and it doesn’t help that the selection is slim at this point of the summer). Thinking about trying again today, but also thinking about just giving up on it and wearing the old one.
I haven’t talked much about my R3 “regimen”; things I’m doing outside of what is documented daily on my blog (like food intake). At least 4 liters of water a day, which is easy for me. I’m a water girl. Black coffee at home in the morning, along with a cup of water with 2 tablespoons of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar *shudder*. It tastes horrible but I just down it. I don’t even want to fool with trying to make it taste better – it is what it is. 2 Turkey Rhubarb capsules in the morning along with 1 200 mg CoQ10 capsule. Green tea at work (unsweetened). Decaf tea, typically green tea in the evening sometime after dinner (sweetened with stevia). The evening tea helps me with the tummy rumbles, it’s something a little sweet, and it also keeps me way from that glass of wine that I want! 2 Turkey Rhubarb capsules in the evening before bedtime. I fooled with the apple cider vinegar during R2 but I never got serious with it – this time, I’m going to take it every day. Maybe twice a day if I can stomach it.
My food: 1/2 an apple about 8:30 am. For lunch I had some leftover cabbage soup from R3 Day 2 but I added miracle noodles and 100 grams of chicken. 1/2 an apple mid-afternoon. For dinner I ate 100 grams of cold chicken on fresh spinach.
