Sweet Saturday. I have no idea what I’m going to get into today – I pretty much whipped Tommy-licious”s car into shape yesterday (new tires, inspection, oil change, air filter, detail). Maybe I’ll clean out my closet. Maybe I’ll clean out my kitchen cabinets. Maybe I’ll whistle Dixie and watch movies all day 😉
My food: 1/2 apple mid-morning and mid-afternoon. I had lunch with KO ❤ and chose a salad that came with 4! boiled shrimp, spinach, lettuce, and some tomatoes. I brought my own Walden Farms balsamic vinaigrette as salad dressing. It was a good choice! Usually when you eat out you wind up with WAY more protein than 100 grams but I’m pretty sure I didn’t even come close to that. In the picture it may look like more than 4 shrimp because I cut them up into tiny little pieces so I could spread it out a bit.
For dinner I just had steamed spinach and some grilled chicken. I didn’t take a picture. I didn’t even want to eat but I forced myself to.
